In this tutorial, I show how to turn a 3D model (for example from Sketchfab) into a working custom GTA V / FiveM prop directly in your browser.
You do not need Blender, CodeWalker, or previous modding experience. For this example, I use a swimming pool model but the same method works with many other props.

In this video:
  • Find and download a 3D model
  • Convert a GLB model into a GTA V / FiveM prop
  • Test the prop in-game
  • Fix broken or inaccurate collisions
  • Generate a collision that matches the whole model
  • Edit prop settings, flags, and scale
Tools used:

The pool in this example starts with one large box collision, which creates invisible walls and does not match the model. I remove it and use the Whole Model option to generate a collision that fits the prop in just a few clicks.

GTAX.DEV also has tools for creating custom tattoos, clothing, animations, vehicle liveries, and much more for GTA V and FiveM.
Everything is browser-based, so there is no need to download complicated external programs.

Feel free to leave feedback or ask questions.
