RCD Trucking
is a long-term progression simulator that turns hauling into a real career. Players start with a single borrowed rig and grow into a full logistics operation — completing back-in deliveries, hiring AI drivers for passive income, expanding a fleet, running a company with friends, and competing on server-wide leaderboards.

it runs out of the box on the three major frameworks, requires no database, and exposes nearly every value for server owners who like to tune.

Contracts & Deliveries

  • A live dispatch board of contracts showing destination, distance, cargo, weight, payout, and XP.
  • Standard freight is hauled in a borrowed depot rig — no truck ownership needed to start, and your own fleet takes zero wear.
  • Owner-operator loads require one of your trucks and pay a configurable bonus.
  • Authentic back-in deliveries — reverse the pre-loaded trailer into the bay. The marker glows red until you’re parked correctly, then green; drive-throughs don’t count.
  • Round-trip payout — deliver the cargo, then return the truck to the depot to get paid. Abandon or wreck it on the way back and the payment is forfeited.
  • Random breakdowns with roadside repairs, plus daily & weekly high-value special contracts.

    Cargo tiersBasic → Medium → Premium → Specialized — unlocked as the company levels.
  • Company ranks (Rookie Hauler → Freight Tycoon) gate route distance, regions, and freight class.
  • Per-location cargo rules let you make destinations specialized (e.g. a refinery that only takes fuel).

    AI Drivers

    Recruit from a rotating, four-tier candidate pool (Rookie · Experienced · Veteran · Elite) that improves as your company grows.
    Assign each driver a truck and they haul automatically — even while you’re offline (configurable).
    Drivers level up, earn a cut, and can resign after poor performance. Job outcomes scale with skill, reliability, level, and truck condition.

    Buy, sell, and service trucks across multiple tractor tiers; condition affects performance and breakdown odds.
    Five upgrade tracks — Garage, Dispatch Center, Driver Training, Insurance, Fuel Contracts — each gated by company level and cost.

    Crew — Multiplayer Companies

    The founder is the owner and invites online players as operators.
    Granular per-operator permissions — hauling, banking, drivers, fleet, upgrades.
    Shared account, XP, and fleet; multiple members can haul simultaneously.

    Dedicated company bank with cash/bank deposits & withdrawals and a full transaction ledger.
    Server-wide leaderboards — level, revenue, deliveries, fleet size, and top drivers.

    Admin Tools

    In-game location editor — place delivery points from a noclip fly-cam with a live preview: rotate the back-in arrow, adjust FOV, fly speed, and height. Saved to file and applied instantly.
    Company management panel — set level, adjust money/XP, or reset any company, backed by ace-permission commands for console use.
