QuantV 3.0.0 for FiveM 3-12-2023
The mod is working perfectly, to install QuantV it will be necessary to have OpenIV and FiveM.
////// INSTALATION //////
To install it, use the README that you will find in the file or watch a YouTube tutorial.
////// IMPORTANT //////
The .rpf files go inside the mods folder, the .ini, .asi and ENB series files go inside the plugins folder.
The .oiv files will be installed using OpenIV.
If it doesn't let you put files into OpenIV, check that you have Editor mode activated.
If this does not solve, check that you have installed the 3 options that you will find in Tools, Asi manager.
