The black market operates through a hidden laptop network.

Only one laptop can be active at a time, forcing players to search the world for the current access point. Once connected using an encrypted_usb, players gain access to a dynamic underground marketplace featuring rotating stock, limited availability items, randomized seller aliases, and immersive delivery systems.

Purchased orders become available instantly and must be collected physically through NPC handoffs or hidden dead drops.
